Shipping Policy

We use the South African postal service to fulfill all of our orders. All orders are sent via 'counter to counter' with a tracking number and will need to be collected at the nearest post office in your area. A collection slip will be sent from the post office once your parcel is ready for collection. Orders are sent counter to counter to ensure safe delivery and so that they don't go missing along the way. You can collect your parcel with the tracking number and your ID book. Please ensure that the correct postal address is provided upon your order placed with us.

All standard orders will be sent out within 1 - 14 working days of the order being placed and paid for unless otherwise stated on the item description. Standard postage usually takes 5 working days to be delivered.

If large quantities are ordered, this must also be taken into consideration and allow for extra delivery time. If any items are listed as 'out of stock' on the website, you can still place the order and we will order straight away with the designer/s and once we have it in stock, we will send to you. 

There are occasions where factors outside of our control can delay a parcel, so we ask for your patience if this happens on the odd occurrence. Once your goods are on their way, we will be in touch again to let you know.

Our packaging and postage is a flat fee and we post anywhere within South Africa.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders shipped via SA Post Office that are held up at their depots for any reason. Once the order has been sent - please keep track of your order status by using your tracking number and contacting the post office's customer care line, as sometimes you may not receive a collection slip from the post office or it can be delayed. 

For any parcels which are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address listed on the order address, and/or if the parcel has not been collected from the post office after 1 month and is therefore returned to us - should you need us to resend you the parcel, you will incur an additional R35.00 for the shipping once again.

If you have not received your collection slip within 10 working days of receiving the confirmation email stating your order has been shipped, please follow up with us or directly with the post office's customer care with your tracking number to see if it has been delivered.
